How do I return an item?

At IDCards.com we believe ordering supplies should be simple. If you order the wrong item or are not satisfied with our product please call us and let us know within 20 days of receipt. We offer hassle free returns, meaning we will refund your money and even pay for the return shipment to us *please refer to qualifications for no hassle free returns below.

Qualifications for hassle free returns:

  • Not a custom product
  • Product is returned in original packaging with all of its parts and accessories
  • ID Cards will not accept any printer ribbons or software that has been removed from its wrapper.
  • Custom items cannot be returned. After signature of proof approval and work has begun, all sales on custom items are final. Custom items may be returned and refunded if IDCards.com has not produced the correct item.

How IDCards.com handles a return:

  • Customers should call before returning a product.
  • An ID Cards representative will inform the customer on how the return will be handled
  • Once the RMA is approved ID Cards will send the customer a shipping label to return the product back to ID Cards
 

Damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
